Scientific Short-term fellowships in laboratories working on Extracellular Vesicles from Spain, Germany, UK, Italy and Austria
GEIVEX (Grupo Español de Investigación e Innovación en Vesículas Extracelulares), GSEV (German Society for Extracellular Vesicles), UKEV (United Kingdom Society for Extracellular Vesicles), EVITA (Italian Society for Extracellular Vesicles) and ASEV (Austrian Society for Extracellular Vesicles) are pleased to announce the launching of the first “International Mobility Fellowships” to foster collaborations among members of the three European Societies.
The fellowship grant (2000€) should cover travel and accommodation expenses for a one-month stay of an Early Career Researcher (Ph.D. students or Postdoctoral fellows with less than five years experience belonging to at least one of our Societies) in a different Country from the Host Laboratories.
This period can be extended with other funding.
The process will be a single-step selection based on a common application form (downloadable here) indicating the Visiting and Host laboratories, CVs of the PIs and applicant, the scientific objective and interest, the novelty and expected outcomes.
Applications should be submitted to the Secretariats of the applicant’s National Society.

The proposals will be judged by a Committee composed of three Board members
(President+two board members) from each Society.
Important Dates
9th March 2020 – deadline for host labs to declare
16th March 2020 – call for ECR applications for Mobility Fellowships
20th June 2020 – Deadline for ECR applications for Mobility Fellowships
July 2020 – Announcement of successful applicants
July 2020 – July 2021 – Fellowships are taken up (within 12 months of announcement)
