Francisco Sánchez-Madrid has been awarded with the Santiago Ramón y Cajal Research Prize

Dr Sánchez-Madrid, the founder President of GEIVEX, was awarded with the Ramón y Cajal Research prize corresponding to the area of Biology because of his contributions to biomedical research in the fields of intercellular communication and its impact in the study of inflammatory chronic diseases.
