This year, we launched a new initiative aimed at fostering scientific interactions with our members overseas and promoting collaboration with EV societies across the Ibero-American region.
We were thrilled to receive an good number of high-quality applications, making the selection process especially challenging for the committee. We hope to continue this program in the future, providing new opportunities for those who were not selected this time.
In this first call, the iVEronet Fellowships have been awarded to Lucía Beaugé, a member of the Argentinian Group of EVs (GAVE), who will be hosted by Dr. Jesús Santamaría Ramiro in Zaragoza, and to Pascuala Valdivia from Chile, a member of GEIVEX, who will be hosted by Dr. Albert Lu in Barcelona. We trust that these scientific visits will have a significant and positive impact on their careers.
We also want to remind you that the iVEronet program also aims to fund stays from ECR based in Spain to make a short stay overseas. We encourage you to start planning ahead and apply in future calls!
